ABCom shpk (ltd) is one of the first Internet Service Providers in Albania. It has more than 10 years activity in this field and it is playing an important role on provisioning telecommunication services to business and consumer customers. In view of expanding its presence in Albania, the company is looking for experienced and committed professionals for the following positions:

POS Manager

The jobholder will report to the Marketing& Sales Officer and the main duties include: retail chain deployment and its operations control, POS Sales Force management, Sales Support & Training functions, Distribution channels optimization, coordination of all consumer sales channels all over the country (including Branches).

The candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

• University Degree in Business Administration, other Degree in Computer Science is considered advantage.
• Business orientated mentality and ability to take on the spot decisions
• Computer literate with the ability to learn sales software applications. This is normally acquired through one to three years of selling experience.
• Proven team management skills, effective communication
• Practical relevant experience (telecoms’ field is a priority)

6.Ability to acquire new skills with on-the-job training

• Ability to work as part of a team and to manage people
• Excellent communication and interaction skills
• Ability to provide on-the-job training to new employees
