ITIRANA JOB DESCRIPTION / RADIO FREQUENCY MICROWAVE ENGINER
JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Operation and maintenance of Microwave Radio Links
- Monitoring microwave and UBNT radio links performance.
- New installation and operation of new connections with radiolink, SAF and UBNT.
- Application software / hardware upgrades to all wireless SAF and UBNT radio links.
- Planning new installations wireless / microwave in accordance with company requirements and customer needs.
- Radio frequency planning and optimization of frequencies used.
- Keep updated documents and reports according AKEP procedures, 3, 6 moths and yearly provided reports.
- Studying new wireless technologies, applications and analyzes proposals for improvement radio links.
- Evaluation and selection of the microwave field with cost effective.
- Microwave Link design and selection of equipment, POP contracts, POP power supply, surge arrester, functionality of CEZ/Battery supply.
- Optimization of capacity / network planning and routing, transmission protection.
- Monitor POP power supply, 220 vac, 48 vdc and battery level in case of power interruption.
