Position: Internal Trainer
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver Trainings per company needs;
- Design and Deploy training programs;
- Monitor training results;
- Revise trainings according to target group needs;
- Periodically evaluate ongoing trainings to ensure their validity;
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 2+ years relevant experience on similar position;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables;
- Self-motivated, ability to take initiative and independent work;
- Creative; Striving for improvements;
- English Speaker is a must;
