Position: Internal Recruiter
Main Responsibilities:
- Research and usedifferent ways for creating candidate data base;
- Screening resumes, filtering candidates and conducting interviews for covering open positions;
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates;
- Following up on the interview process status;
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 2+ years relevant experience on similar position;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables;
- Self-motivated, ability to take initiative and independent work;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment;
- English Speaker is a must;
