SALES SUPERVISOR

Place-Tirana, Albania

Responsibilities:

  • managing, organizing and coordinating the work of their customers
  • participation in the preparation of annual sales plans for their customers and care for their realization
  • participation in the preparation of annual marketing plans in accordance with the instructions of the principal and care for their implementation with customers
  • monthly tracking of expenses and monitoring the achievement of the plans for their customers
  • planning, implementation and participation in the organization of sales and marketing campaigns at points of sales to key customers
  • meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • concern for maximum cost-effectiveness of planned sales and marketing activities (ROI calculation)
  • participation in the negotiation and conclusion of contracts with customers
  • monitoring the conditions of sales contracts with customers for which he/she is responsible, and their receivables
  • leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary multifunctional resources
  • co-monitoring the life cycle of products within the brand for all channels of sales
  • conducting meetings and negotiations with major customers, and submitting reports on these meetings to the supervisor
  • cooperation in pricing policy development (calculation) and a system of discounts for respective customers
  • monitoring the pricing policies of customers (following the recommended retail prices)
  • regularly monitoring sale areas (support for sales field managers and sales representatives)
  • monitoring and analysing customer markets, competition, distribution channels
  • monitoring stock levels and coordination between sales, marketing and logistics
  • cooperating with the customer service & logistic coordinator regarding purchasing of goods for special activities and regular orders
  • monitoring and cooperation in resolving receivables from customers
  • attending meetings with clients
  • keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activity
  • closely liaising with the marketing team about campaigns
  • ensures the preparation of monthly reports, records, notes, analyses and other necessary documentation, ensures they are correct and sends them to his/hers supervisor on time
  • work is carried out in accordance with job requirements and instructions of the supervisor and instructions on health and safety at work and fire policy
  • maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace and working environment
  • performs other work at the behest of the supervisor
  • work and tasks carried out in accordance with the rules of the profession and instructions of their superiors

Requirements:
  • Initiative, leadership, problem solving, communication skills, well in setting priorities
  • strong work ethic and personal integrity
  • previous experience desired (2-3 years)
  • good PC literacy
  • good English knowledge
  • University degree
  • Driver license “B”
  • communication (listening and positive influence on others)
  • teamwork and knowledge transfer to others
