Job Position: Bar Manager

Location: Rogner Hotel Tirana
Profile: We are currently looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated, professional Bar Manager who is innovator, strives to create memorable experiences for our guests

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of commercial Bar operations
  • Affinity for hospitality, tourism, food and beverages
  • Product knowledge of coffee, cocktails, wine, spirits and beer
  • Awareness of Tirana’s bar, restaurant and club scene and general trends
  • Cost control and expenditure control
  • MICROS (software) knowledge
  • Leadership mentality and experience
  • Team player and Team trainer
  • Outgoing, friendly, warm and hospitable
  • Quality driven
  • Responsible individual who is success and revenue oriented
  • Fluently English and Albanian verbal and written
  • A willingness and ability to serve our demanding clientele
