On behalf of BAST ARENA , we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:
Casino Manager
Responsibilities:
· Responsible of all Casino products and Casino related campaigns.
· Work close with marketing team to set campaign strategy.
· Create and manage the best Casino experience in Albanian market.
· Increase Casino turnover as well as number of active Casino customers.
· Set KPI’s and reporting daily/monthly to the management.
· Create campaign plan, execute it and report the results to Marketing Director.
· Direct Call Center accordingly to build a strong customer relation.
· Plan development of new features
Requirements:
· Excellent knowledge in online Casino.
· Experience on online marketing.
· Knowledge of online customer behavior.
· Minimum 3 years experience on online Casino.
· Good English skills, spoken and written.
