Summary of Duties:

Asset and Service Specialist is a business management oriented role.
Main responsibility will be to ensure that the company’s assets are put to their highest and best use for their entire life cycle through budgeting, planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling. The position works closely with the managerof the department by assisting in implementing the established strategy for theassets, achieving budgets, objectives and KPI’s. Supports the sale department/company through market research and operational efficiency in implementing budgeted business KPIs.

Role andResponsibilities:

· Identify,develop & implement touristic/residential service packages Resort;
· Identify,develop & implement touristic/commercial services for LungoMare assets
· Market research on measuring and analyzing residential and commercial services; bestpractices on similar assets;
· Identify potential customer targetgroups & partners tooperate the assets;
· Supportsale department/company in negotiation practices in compliance with BusinessPlan KPIs;
· Supervise assets life and their expected return;
· Followup with clients, keep a database of the lease and service contracts;
· Developand maintain communication with other departments of the company with the aimof supporting assets managing needs;
· Monitorthe quality of services provided bythird parties for the assets;
· Customer/client satisfaction;
· On site visits;
· Ensure necessary compliance with company’s operational guidelines.


Other JobCompetences:

· Touristic &Residential Services’ Advisory;
· Budgeting &Investment worthiness analysis;
· Planning, organizing and coordinating BP implementation;
· Sales and Marketing Support in Business Plan implementation.

Education:

· Bachelor in Economics;
· Masters degree in MBA is considered as an advantage.

Work Experience:

· 3 years’ experience in customer relations;preferably experience in real estate and property management.

Other :

· Ability to suggest solutions and make decisions;
· Ability to coordinate work and relevant projects;
· Ability to work in team;
· Very good knowledge of English and Italian it’sa must, other foreign languages would be an advantage;
· Good negotiation skills;
· Ability to work independently and with minimumsupervision.
