Architecture& Business Engagement Manager
EnsureE2E architecture coherence, strategy guidelines and principles across verticaldomains including infrastructure Architecture. Lead Business Relationship forcross domains projects. Manage and prioritize IT Initiatives Portfolio,according with BU needs. Engage VTD to guarantee that the project ITCapabilities and technical skills are involved. Quality Assurance managementcross domains projects
Key accountabilities and decisionownership:

  • Architecture Integration to fulfil guidelines/standards
  • Cross Domain HLD validation
  • Ensure consistence between local solutions and Group standards
  • Overall vision alignment and Core systems exposure to Digital Accelerator
  • Knowledge Management & Data Governance
  • Pick-up and conform agile project teams by engaging the appropriate VTD experts.
  • E2E view per Bus. Lines & processes
  • Project portfolio management and prioritization
  • E2E cross domain testing Mngt
  • Release Strategy & Planning

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • At least 8+ years’ Experience in Telco IT architecture and Systems
  • Extensive experience in project Management
  • Good Understanding of system interdependencies and integrations.
  • Very Good Understanding of CRM, Billing, Rating and Charging capabilities.
  • Good Understanding of TOGAF Framework
  • People Management Skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering or IT
  • Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English (speaking and writing)
