Job position: Learning& Development Coordinator
Department: Human Resource
Location: Tirana

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities

Main purpose of this position is to be solelyresponsible for the implementation of Learning & Development strategy that supports all staff across the company, enhancing and strengthening overallperformance and work quality.

Principal Responsibilities

- Undertake training requirement analysis of allemployees based on Annual Performance Reviews, Evaluation surveys and othermethods in order to develop Learning & Development plans and strategies.
- Work with Senior Managers and Line Managers tocreate and Establish Employee Career Paths and succession planning for keypositions within the organisation.
- Coach and Upskill Managers on HR best practice andPolicies and Procedures, while taking the lead on training of staff on thePerformance Management Policy and tools.
- Support the process of all Performance ManagementPlans for employees including drafting action plans, next steps and more.
-Facilitate selected training activities that focuson specific areas of Professional expertise for all employees and management.
- Prepare internal, and course evaluation reports, aswell as longer term impact assessments, with the goal of ensuring qualitydelivery at all times.
- Determine and recommend employee relations practicesnecessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote ahigh level of employee morale and motivation;
- Coach and train managers in their communication,feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees whoreport to them
- Identifying and streamlining processes to ensurebest practice, and efficient, and cost effective delivery
- Carry out any adhoc duties asrequired by the HR Director within relevance to the position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Completed Bachelor Degree in BusinessManagement or Social sciences. Master’s degree in Human Resources managementis an advantage;

Experience:


Atleast 5 years of progressively responsible relevant professional experience;
Abilityto operate Microsoft Office applications;
Strongknowledge of the Albanian Labour code and other Human Resources best practices;
Stronganalytical skills;
Self-motivator,capable of leading and motivating people.
Abilityto work with people of different cultural backgrounds;
Excellentoral and written communication skills in Albanian and English;
Goodnegotiation skills,
Abilityto work independently and with minimum supervision.
