DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 To supervise, manage and solve Core Banking and Swift operations requirements
 To plan and arrange the appropriate job assigned bearing in mind the purpose of maximizing the team productivity, using their skill efficiently and developing back-ups for each and every job that is undertaken by the Department
 To ensure that all the jobs assigned from Department Manager are carried out accurately, timely and punctually
 To perform any module or system maintenance in accordance to manuals and instructions for completing workflows of any new or existing process
 To monitor the day to day activities of the Core Banking and Swift operation Department, propose solutions to problems that may occur during the course of business and arrange adjustments when necessary
 To monitor implementation and continuation of various data exchange with third party clients in accordance to the contracts annex assigned
 Assist the users in solving data related problems
 To participate to the implementation of short, medium and long term plans and project of the Bank
 To ensure Help Desk procedure are completed for any issue related to Core Banking or Swift Operations
 To establish back-up procedures for all of the in-charged systems and to ensure that all procedures are fully and strictly complied with,
 To be prepared for changing or develop module required inside Core banking or Swift system in accordance with any regulation with software vendors
 To get in touch with the software maintenance suppliers for the recovery of any kind of system failures
 To ensure that any fix provided by software support is tested in the right test environment
 To ensure that any fix successfully tested or recommended by support is checked before applied in production
 To determine the training needs and referred to the Department Manager
 To assist the Department Manager for discussions and solution of various interdepartmental problems
 To represent the Department on various occasions such as customer meetings, conferences and seminars when requested
