Megatek S.A., the biggest Do-IT-Yourself wholesale and retail hypermarket in Albania,is currently looking for a potential candidate for the position of:.

Account Manager

Purpose of the position:
Responsible to coordinate and supervise for registration financial reports, tax/ customs and accounting procedures, Responsible for the Company Procedures according to accountant legislation Coordinate and supervise staff and daily duties on financial Department according to financial registration and reporting .

Responsible to:

• Co-ordinates the work of the Department of Finance, in collaboration with the CFO and other departments of the Company, to facilitate the process of documentary and information circulation, with the aim of preparing the accounting records and other financial reports in full, accurate and in time.
• Supports the CFO in drafting and analyzing the budget and all matters relating to accounting, accounting accounts and financial reporting functions.
• Supervise the work of the supervisors and in cooperation with the specialists in the Purchase / Sales, Inventory and Treasury units
• Recommends changes / improvements to the operational work of the Department of Finance.
• Train specialists and supervisors on recording and financial reporting issues.
• Supervise the reconciliation of sales with cashing, accounts receivable, and inventory movements.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Master degree in Accounting

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or Finance
• At least 2 years in supervising positions

Skills:

• Ability to work in team and administer groups of employees and to coordinate their work
• Integrity and motivated person
• To preserve and protect the confidentiality of the Company Information
• Knowledge in accounting,finance and computer programs
• Ability to solve problems,
• To show professional and personal integrity in accordance with Company vision, values and mission

Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
