Legal and HR Manager

Job Description

Providing consistent interpretation and adherence to the Authorities rules and procedures and other legal matters in relation to telecommunication industry and other relevant company laws.
Assisting Finance and Operations Heads in scrutinizing contracts/ agreements entered into with Telecom operators/ residential/ business/other vendors and
Studying claims and positions of various parties and drafting the responses to various correspondences by Telecom operators/other vendors.
Consulting relevant laws and legal references.
Conducting background legal studies in order to bring out the legal issues involved
.
Advising on possible courses of action in a business /legal issue after Consulting appropriate law experts/counsels.

Preparing preliminary drafts/ briefs for admission of petition/legal suit through advocates Working on various strategies to optimize business benefits/minimize losses including out of court settlements.
Corresponding with AKEP/other governing bodies to uphold company’s point of view Liaise with law enforcing agencies to advocate company’s issues/positions Handling all the relevant secretarial compliance of the companies.

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.

Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

You will have:
Sound reporting and presentation skills

Education

Graduate in Justice, Business Administration or equivalent (we will not take into consideration applications that are in process of finishing the degree program (bachelor and/or master)
Languages: English Fluent both oral and written essential Other additional languages are a bonus
PC Skills:

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft windows products,
Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail & proven to be a complete finisher
