The Position:
Job Title: Customer Care Specialist
Location: Tirana, Albania


Main Functions:
· Responsible for Credit Assessment Process
· Verifies Loan Case, confirms and controls the authenticity of every document in it according to the approved checklist and procedures in place.
· Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Take the extra mile to engage customers


Education/Experience:
· Graduate degree in business, finance or similar program.
· Proven at least 1 year of experience in in MFI/banking, loan (consumer lending) or customer relationship sphere.


Skills, Knowledge :
· Proficiency in English language
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Excellent analytical and reporting skills
· Ability to document procedures, and ensure adherence to them
· Ability to resolve problems
· Ability to multitask in a very dynamic environment
· Strong computer skills including: Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
· Ability to deliver excellent results both working independently and as part of a team.
