We are looking for potential candidates for our campaign in Tirana's office to work on the Full Managed Chat Service Package.
We are searching for peoples who can work based on the U.S. shifts.Our agents in America are covering day shift (business hours) and our albanian candidates are going to work after business hours of U.S( which is date time in Albania)
REQUIRED:
1.At least one year work experience on business development department(or in Marketing Sales working as an operator)
2.Over 24 years old and with excellent communication skills interacting on difficult situation with customers
3.Previous experiences on British or English call centers or chat services are a plus
4.Excellent English writing and understanding is a must ·
5.Self-motivated individual, team player, hardworking and committed individual
6.Dynamic, flexible thinker, full of energy, with impeccable integrity and loyalty
7.Typing speed over 39WPM (words per minute)
8.Experience with MS Office
9.Possess experience in daily interaction with clients and suppliers
10.Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
11.Possess the ability to work with the team as a team and to know how to deal on pressure tasks
BENEFITS:
1.The company offer a competitive payment which start at 3-3,5 $(dollar )per hour
2.During the shift you can have 30-40 minutes break
3.High payment start at 4 $ per hour if you have to take a night shift
