Specialist/Senior Specialist - Operational and Market Risk Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
· To prepare the assigned risk reports and risk indicators.
· To analyze risk indicators and to identify on time possible risks.
· To follow up on the operational risk early warning system and report accordingly.
· To prepare the risk reports as required by internal policies and regulations.
· To follow up on reported operational risk events and maintain the Operational Risk Database.
· To undertake the process of risk assessment of new and existing products and services.
· To undertake the process of risk assessment of new and existing processes.
· To make proposal on the improvement of the internal risk management system.
· To be involved on the process of new regulatory requirements implementation.
· Other duties as defined by the superiors.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Economics’ related faculties.
· Advance level of written and spoken English.
· Knowledge of the banking activity.
· Capability in working with large volume of data.
· Very good analytical capabilities and critical sense
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Very good time management and organizational skills;
· Very good knowledge of Windows e MS Office.
