GooNext is looking for an experienced PHP developer, who contributes to the development of our large-scale web projects. The resource will focus on the backend coding and database design and will participate in the development process, from design to distribution and support. We are looking for programming enthusiasts, with relevant skills, able to take part into a modern working group.
RESPONSIBILITY / POSITION
• Participate in the development and maintenance of web platforms already initiated;
• Participate actively in the entire web application development process, from design to distribution and support;
• Work in Team to support and develop shared projects;
• Suggest and implement innovative solutions;
• Optimizing web applications, fixing bugs, implement the monitoring systems of performance and abnormal situations;
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in developing web applications;
• In-depth knowledge of PHP, applied to the principles of object-oriented programming;
• Experience in using relational databases, integrated with server-side applications;
• Knowledge of HTTP protocol;
• Knowledge of Bash shell;
• Knowledge of *nix environments and server configuration for web application: Apache, Nginx;
• Knowledge of at least a version control system (Git, Subversion);
