Albanian HR Solutions Ltd. is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL). For our partner in Qatar, we have started the selection process for the position:


Cook, salary $ 1700


Role: The Cook is responsible for achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and food safety on food products prepared.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cooks quality meals in sufficient quantities based on orders/forecasts by doing the following:
• Ensuring that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard.
• Completing basic food hygiene, works in a safe and hygienic manner at all times.
• Communicating any out of stock items and inform Chief
• Cook and Purchasing Specialist when stocks are running low.
• Completing all checklists as required daily, weekly and monthly as required for the outlet.
• Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals

Required Education and Experience:

• Certifications in Culinary and Cooking.
• High-level knowledge on general kitchen/culinary/baking/commissary operations such as Garde Mancher cum pantry, Bakery and Pastry, Hot Kitchen, Butchery and snack preparation.
• At least 5 years work experience in culinary and kitchen preferably in retail/leisure/travel/tourism/ hotel/hospitality industry.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Technical ability and knowledge of kitchen equipment
• English language proficiency.
