ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Design proposals and reports, their budget - complex or non-standard
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To know how to listen to the client, to understand his problem and his need
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To be able to reformulate the problem of the client
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To obtain a significant knowledge on the sector of the client
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To manage the client relation on all the operational levels
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To formulate operational recommendations and to be able to “sell” them
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To develop products or renovate the existing products
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To envision a team within the commercial framework
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To be able to organize the work of all his collaborators
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To be able to guide all his collaborators, to delegate, to be able to develop their competencies
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To be able to manage a team in order to be able to deliver accurate information
-[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]To be able to manage pressure and conflicts within his team
EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – SKILLS:


[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Graduated in Economy (Management or Business Administration); supplemented with one or more courses in post-graduate studies.
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Minimum 5 years in the private sector preferably in marketing, public relations.

[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Demonstrated knowledge of the Windows package especially: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Experience in balancing strong analytical problem resolution skills with a keen creative sense.
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Excellent skills in both spoken and written English.
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Orientation and training of new staff.
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Supervising, coaching, and mentoring of lower hierarchy positions.
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Facilitation and change management skills.
[FONT=&quot]o[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT]Highly developed verbal and written communications.
