Positions available: We are looking for 1 person to join our team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate help desk system (Tickets)
- Answer tickets - calls and emails
- Convert tickets into tasks in for developers (either bugs or feature requests)
- Be a “Super user” of our software products (understands exactly how every part of the application works)
- Able to train users on how the product works
- Able to do demos & presentations about the products
- Schedule demos & presentations with new and existing clients
- Create & manage FAQ’s and help documentation
- Manage Facebook and twitter posts (respond to posts and questions from social users)
- Work with developers to test and guide web & mobile applications

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Must speak and write in Italian Language at a good level.
- Provide teamwork and positive oriented attitude and flexibility.
