MSS Unit Specialist

Duties
· Check on daily basis the alarms and make follow up for all MSC, MWG, HRL, STP;
· Follow the operation for new RP setup and testing of IR21, IR34, IR38;
· Subscriber trace and troubleshooting, in order to solve the complains raised;
· Follow the KPI of network on daily basis and check their impact on the live traffic;
· Act as focal contact point for all issues related to Roaming Complains and warrantee;

Skills
· Good knowledge regarding Mobile Telecommunication Network Structure;
· Very good knowledge of English;
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office Package;
· Good skills in SS7 network protocols, Call flow structure, Roaming setup;
· Very good analytical and communication skills (written and verbal). Team player, able to work under pressure. Problem solving capability;
· Experience with Huawei equipment for Installation / Commissioning / Integration / Operation & Maintenance is advantage.

Experience
· Work experience in the telecommunication field core network.

Education
· University Degree in Telecommunication / Computer Science / Computer Engineering /Electronic Engineering. Master degree is an advantage.
