Our Company is looking for energetic, high potential, self-motivated and high-integrity individuals to join our team.

DATACOM Specialist

Duties
· Responsible for the Data Network Monitoring;
· Prepare Reports for the Data Network KPI’s;
· Technical support for Operation and maintenance of IP/MPLS network;
· Responsible for implementation of new elements in the network;
· Customer support, remote or onsite.
· Case management and accomplish the SLA terms and conditions.

Skills
· Good knowledge in LAN/WAN network, Switching & Routing and the respective protocols;
· Very good knowledge in network configuration procedures like VLAN, L2/L3 VPN, Ethernet;
· Very good knowledge in routing protocols, preferred experienced on BGP, OSPF.
· Very good knowledge in IP subnets, IPv6 is an advantage.
· Very good knowledge in CISCO, IOS, IOS XR, Linux operating systems;
· CCNA or CCNP Certification are considered an advantage;
· Knowledge for network security (ACL, Web Filter, Firewall, IPS, IDS);
· Very good communication skills;
· Very good knowledge of English;
· Available to work overtime when necessary;
· Driving License – Preferable.

Experience
· Work experience in the respective field is an advantage.

Education
· University Degree in Telecommunication / Computer Science / Computer Engineering /Electronic Engineering. Master degree will be an advantage.
