Task & responsibilities

Contacting customers in arrears by phone based on days past due;
· Data input for every action taken in bank’s system;
· Escalate cases as per strategy defined;
· Report and give feedback to respective supervisor;
· Good understanding of delinquency;

Competencies/Skills
· University Degree in Economics;
· Very good communication skills;
· Ability to learn and to adapt to changes;
