Project Management Specialist

PMS participates designing and planning of the process\procedures which govern project management efforts across all projects, including business process improvement and key strategic projects. This role is key to maintain a uniform approach to project management and continuous improvement through enhanced methodologies, visibility and communication


Main responsibilities:
  • Implement and use technical and practical knowledge of project and process management methodology
  • Develop work breakdown structures and project schedules; project control and reporting systems
  • Participate in resource planning process to optimize resourcing of project work plans and execution
  • Prioritize and optimize schedules and manage resources to achieve successful project completion
  • Schedule and organize weekly and monthly project/program review meetings with project teams and/or suppliers
Interested candidates should meet the following criteria
  • University degree
  • 2-5 years of planning/managing similar projects in a multinational Technology (GSM Preferred) company is considered an advantage
  • PMP Certificate is considered an advantage
  • Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Visio)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and interface with all functions at all levels of the company
  • Familiarity with project control systems, schedule, accounting and finance disciplines
  • Willing to work in team
