Civil Engineer in Qatar
We are looking for an innovative civil engineer to develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment.
Duties:
He shall perform such duties as may be assigned to him from time to time and observe and conform to such directions and instructions issued by the
Responsibilities:
· Direct construction, operations, and construction activities at project site
· Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
· Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards and conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
· Schedule material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
· Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
· Asses potential risks, materials and costs. Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Desired Skills: Excellent knowledge of design and visualization, proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc, project management and supervision skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: Proven working experience in civil engineering
Requirements: License of Professional Engineer BS/MA in Civil Engineering
Reporting: He will report to the Manager on day to day basis.
Leave & Ticket: During the first year of employment, he can avail of sick leave but no paid leave will be permissible before the completion of 12 months. Entitled toa normal yearly paid leave not less than to 21 days. The schedule of vacation may be advanced / postponed to suit the company’s operational requirements. Entitled to return tickets to home country as per passport for self only, once every year post completion of 12 months of employment.
Jurisdiction: Employee’s employment shall be governed in all respects by the laws of State of Qatar.
The company provides: Salary, accommodation, meals provided, allowance + visa, life insurance, transport from home to work and vice versa, yearly ticket + annual leave
