BSS Operations Specialist

Duties



  • Execute invoicing cycle procedures.
  • Execute invoicing monitoring reports. Provide solutions on erroneous data.
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints through CRM ticket system.
  • Execute system health check reports.
  • Build and execute reconciliation reports on systems application data.
  • Monitor system logs and alerts.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge in Oracle, MS SQL Server, Linux, Telco protocol (Diameter, Camel, Radius)
  • Fluent in English
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills

Experience
  • At least 3 years experience in IT industry, preferable in an telco operator

Education
  • Bachelor degree on Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
