NOC Specialist

Duties ​

  • Real time alarm monitoring and initiate troubleshooting process for all the GSM, Fix and IT Networks, System and equipment.
  • Notify all related parts for all the faults via Phone, e-mail and Trouble ticket.
  • Establishes crisis calls and calls in the appropriate staff and management when necessary.
  • Provides a shift handover for the oncoming shift and managers.

Skills

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge communication skills
  • Able and willing to work in team
  • Ability to work under pressure and panic-free


Education
University Degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT
