We are seeking to recruit:
Sales Manager
The purpose of this role is to manage prospective, new and existing business customer aiming at achieving company target within an assigned market segment.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales.
Main Job Responsibilities :
- Establishes and maintains relationships with existing and new customers.
- Manage client's business requirements and maintaining a long term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Generates, leads in new and existing customers, perform sales activities in a structured way.
- Performs regular presentations of new products to satisfy customers needs, requirements and expectations.
- Negotiates terms and conditions for every agreement and proposal.
- Collaborates with the Sales Director to develop sales strategies for the assigned market segment.
- Meets regular sales targets
- Coordinates sales projects and collaborate with other sales members.
Reporting:
Reports directly to Administrator.
Requirements for the post:
- More than three years experience in Sales.
- High level of negotiation skills.
- Good business sense and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Ability to build quickly relationships with clients
- Ability to write reports and proposals
- Driving License.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or other related fields preferable
