FOR OUR CUSTOMER, A LEADING INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE OPERATING IN THE ICT INDUSTRY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR SKILLED CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS IN OUR TIRANA OFFICE:
“SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER”
The role of the highly qualified software project manager will be to perform a lead role in managing projects supporting LAMP distributions.
The software manager will manage one or several products from the inception to support with business responsibility beyond a single project. He determines what product, features to build, and guides the development engineering team, and is accountable for the business success within the entire portfolio. He approves the roadmap and content and determines what and how to innovate. He is responsible for the entire value chain of the portfolio life cycle.
The ideal project manager will possess 5-10 years’ experience managing software development projects with the following experience and skill sets:
· Excellent writing skills
· Establishes and maintains high levels of trust with team members
· Excellent ability to work in a team environment
· Provide a framework for transparency into project goals and progress
· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
· Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
· Effectively apply SDLC methodology and enforces project standards with an eye to continuous improvement
· Set and manage expectations for internal and external stakeholders
· Manages day-to-day partner and consultant interaction
· Hold regular status meetings with project team
· Effectively communicate relevant project information to senior management
· Deliver engaging, informative, concise and well-organized presentations
· Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
· Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
· General understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design is highly desirable
· Understands internet, intranet, extranet, cloud and client/server architectures
· Awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application
