Regency Casino Tirana, Human Resources Department is looking for Payroll and Scheduling Clerk

Key responsibilities will include:

§ To process/administer and manage departmental time sheets procedure and verify that they have been approved in accordance with the Casino policy
§ To prepare at year end and submit, on a timely basis, all legal reports and declarations to the various government institutions as required by law.
§ To administer and monitor all leave of Absence of employees in conjunction with the personnel department. This includes the processing of all Annual Leave forms.
§ To act as a general link between the Human Resources/Payroll division and the Gaming division.

Qualifications

§ Bachelor’s degree in Economics or other business-related field
§ At least one year of relevant experience, specifically focused on accounting, performing operations such as payroll and administration functions.
§ Excellent skills in both spoken and written English as well as PC Applications
