Job Summary

Conduct corporate legal work for a consulting company. Duties include drafting documents, conducting due diligence and assisting in closings.

Duties and responsibilities:

§ Draft legal documents
§ Conduct due diligence
§ Draft contracts
§ Conduct legal research
§ General closing preparation
§ Assist in smooth closing of corporate transactions
§ Participate in court proceedings
§ Support provision of superior legal services and products to clients.


REQUIRED Qualifications:

• Diploma in Law

§ Excellent English required; knowledge of other languages desirable.
§ Must have graduated at the top 20% of its class.


REQUIRED skills:

§ University or Post University Degree in Law in the United States or United Kingdom
§ Knowledge of and background in financial markets preferred
§ Licensed to practice in Albania
§ Experience in Albanian courts, even clerical
