The Account Executive will administer the account of a top advertiser and will be responsible for the developing and coordination of advertising campaigns acting as a link between the client and the agency. [FONT=&quot]Account Executive responsibilities include:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Consulting clients about campaign requirements[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Presenting campaign pitches and costs to clients[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Passing proposals to appropriate media/creative staff[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Negotiating time-scales and budgets[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stages[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Delivering final products for review[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Report writing[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Financial administration [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Specific Tasks[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Strategic planning: Propose, prepare and revise client strategic media planning, media mix.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Media plan: Draft and revise client media planning and media scheduling of advertising events.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Media buying:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] Arrange and follow up the media buying process;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] Follow up invoicing and payments.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Creativity process:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] Coordinate and follow up the creative tasks;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] Creative Translation and back translation.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Reporting: [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] Maintain proper client financial accounting and reporting;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] Draft and report the agency activity to headquarters.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Skills:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Minimum 2 years of previous experience as account within required tasks related with clients account, media planning and buying, creative translation, data interpretation, marketing, PR.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Fluency in written English Language. Previous experience in English speaking countries is considered an asset.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Excellent analytical abilities, writing skills, Computer (PC) literacy mandatory especially with Excel.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]University degree above average results (management, marketing.).[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Ability to work within a team, attention to details and effective time management, energy and willingness.[/FONT]
