Overall Description for job position of FM:
Summary: Plans and directs financial and accounting activities within the Finance department by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate accountants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
• Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports, both for internal purposes and for the authorities, including stock, sales, profitability, cash and bank situation reports and cash flow plans.
• Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
• Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses and insurance records.
• Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
• To prepare VAT, income statements and balance sheet papers and to coordinate with external audit in finalizing the yearly reports.
• Represents the company and interacts with any State or supplier auditor.
• Facilitates the dialogue and resolves any problem with customs, customers, suppliers etc.
• Continuous monitoring and adaptation to any new legislation or suppliers & customers procedures
Minimum Education & Work Experience required:

• Deep knowledge on general & commercial accounting, tax & labor laws legislation and business administration.
• At least 4 years relevant experience as FM, preferably in a commercial company;
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills in Albanian and English languages.
• Team player, organizational & problem solving skills, ability to meet demanding deadlines.
• Good working experience on program Finance 5 and MS office.
• Driving license will be a plus
