• [FONT=&quot]To be able to work with the latest up-to-date technologies and methodologies in software development and quality assurance;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To be a good problem solver and innovative spirit, practical, able to bring an idea from conception to implementation in strong industry environment;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To be a team player within a multi-cultural group that can also work independently within common accepted rules and unified processes;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To be capable to manage a local working team in relation with the headquarter in Switzerland and the local management;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To be capable of working under tight time pressure and directly with customers;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To negotiate with customers to capture requirements, analyze needs and manage expectations;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To actively participate in project definition, execution and maintenance;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To manage technical relationship with others development teams in others countries;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]In a defined solutions architecture: manage, design, and develop software changes and updates;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To support and monitor qualification, testing and installation of solutions;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To support and train customers;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To participate to project and product documentation;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]To test and validate new software and hardware;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Potentially be required to manage a local development team.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]DESIRED PROFILE:[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]Must have at least a Software Engineer degree (preferably M.Sc.) or equivalent;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]At least 10 years of professional experience with at least the 3 last years in equivalent position and in relation with industrial environment;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Strong knowledge in Scrum based Agile methodology and processes;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Confortable with continues delivery processes and automated quality assurance;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Project management experience, qualification like PMMI will be a plus;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Expert in programming languages and methodology: Java, C/C++;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Development object oriented: design patterns, test-driven development, client/server and web apps;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Operating systems mastering: Linux/Unix, Windows and Mac OSX;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Experience in mobile applications (IOS and Android) will be appreciate;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Familiar with enterprise solutions environments, development and tools;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Database modelling and programming (Oracle, MySql, postgreSQL);[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Familiar with multithreading, real-time and communication protocols constraint;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Enjoys and willingness to travel mainly in Europe and potentially worldwide;[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral).[/FONT]
