Our specialties include one-day and multi-day hiking tours, and Albanian heritage tours. We have also established ourselves as an authority for outdoor adventure activities in Albania such as cycling, kayaking, rafting ski touring and snowshoeing.

We are looking for a marketing and sales officer who can contribute to the growth and promotion of Outdoor Albania.

The main focus of the sales and marketing officer is to fulfill the role of a travel advisor and sell our products to interested parties. You will be having direct contact with our customers via email and phone and will become the voice of Outdoor Albania.
In addition you will be supporting the work of the sales and marketing manager on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.
Tasks you will be coming across are including; sales communication with stakeholders, price building of our varies tailor-made products, analyzing consumer questionnaires, assisting with creating reports, company brochures and similar documents, assisting with promotional activities, sales administration, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, reports, publicity brochures, with market research.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated team worker with multi tasking capabilities, who has good telephone manner, with excellent written and spoken English & Albanian. You customer service capabilities need to be good and you need to be able to deal with a variety of client concerns. In this sales position you need to have commercial awareness and numerical skills while being result orientated and focused. We expect you to know the marketing fundamentals to be computer literate and have a good knowledge of MS Office. Last but not least we expect you to show commitment to good ethics and responsible travel !
