Job Descriptions :
1. Engineering Shift Leader :
Key responsibilities will include supervising team members in their maintenance and repair duties on the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning (HVAC) ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool etc., schedule regular preventive maintenance programs, maintain an equipment and machinery record system to ensure the security of inventory such as tools, supplies and equipment etc. and replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner, as well as provide technical support services to other departments when additional or specialised service for functions is required and monitor energy costs and expenditures and initiate energy conservation programs for the hotel.
At least 1 years of experience in a similar post
Speak, read, & write proper English
Computer using skills, typing skills, Microsoft Office.

2. Engineering Supervisor :
• Supervise engineering operations which may include scheduling employees, assigning daily work and projects, training and coaching employees, inspecting work for quality and productivity.
• Monitor performance and recommend or initiate disciplinary or other human resources related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
• Follow and enforce procedures that ensure the security of inventory such as tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, televisions etc., replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner, minimize waste and make sure equipment is prepared and operational for the following day's work.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation and water treatment systems, swimming pool, etc.
• Be responsible for and ensure that records are kept and updated on a regular basis for all safety requirements eg. Fire records, COSHH records, insurance requirements, health& safety records and test records.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance duties as outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and requests, to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
• Carry out any other engineering duties as may be requested by the Chief Engineer or member of senior management.
