We are looking for potential candidates for an American Company in the position of
Main Duties:
-Responds to customers' emails in a timely manner (within 2 hours) and solve their problems. Usually providing tracking number, updating on the status of the order
-Must be able to work at least 6 hours a day
-Looking for a longterm dependable, honest, hardworking person
-Must have excellent writing ability in English and Turkish
