Fast growing international IT company with the headquarter in Romania is looking for:

Sales Manager (Public Sector)

Work Place: Albania

Sales Manager manages an assigned sales area in Public Sector and/or other industry sectors to maximize profitable revenue and meet corporate objectives. This role is challenging and rewarding, giving the successful candidate an opportunity to proactively develop an interesting career in international environment.

Sales Manager within the IT& C sector is a specialized role that requires specific industry knowledge, background of managing Public Sector and experience working on an international level.

Job description:

The main focus area will be to generate new leads and opportunities with the goal of creating more sales with the focus to Public Sector.

Sales Manager involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the clients, having researched their business and requirements.

Sales Manager will work on sales follow-up activities covering entire sales life cycle from identifying/generating the lead up to the project delivery.

Establishing and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.

Sales Manager usually works as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization.

Business objectives will be assigned in line with the market standards

Required skills and qualifications:

A university degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in sales achievements in Public Sector and business development may be sufficient.

A proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential.

Knowledge about IT solutions, local market, top brands, competitors.

Strong track record of business-to-business sales and business to government sales at corporate level.

Strong research and strategic analysis skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good command of English language.

Microsoft Office knowledge.

Experience about the various project financing possibilities is an advantage.

Driving license.
