Banka NBG Albania SH.A. is looking for an Internal Auditor, who will be part of the local audit team and, at the same time, of the NBG Group Internal Audit Division global operations.
A successful candidate would participate in both head office and branch audits, implementing the Group’s internal audit methodology, standards and ethics. He or she should at least meet the following requirements:
· Education: Economics/Finance related University Degree, Master or BSc. International audit certifications (IIA or equivalent) will be also considered
· Working Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in internal (preferably, banking) or external audit
· Foreign Language: Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
· Background: Good knowledge of the International Internal Audit Standards, good knowledge of regulatory framework into force, basic knowledge on the banking local legislation.
· Additional traits: Very good computer skills (MS Office), ability to plan and organize everyday work effectively, flexibility, strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and employees, the ability to operate in an independent manner while providing value–adding audit services to improve the operations and safeguard of the Bank’s assets. Ability for frequent traveling.
