AlbChrome SHPK is looking for a Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator who will work full-time at the Headquarters of the Company based in Tirana, Albania.

Summary
Under the supervision of Head of HR Dep. the incumbent is responsible for the administration of Payroll as well as administers all staff and experts, ensuring the correct and consistent application of AlbChrome staff regulations and rules.

Duties and Responsibilities
Payroll Administration:
1. Administers the payroll for AlbChrome; ensures that the payroll is correct and that all the entitlements and deductions are correctly entered;
2. Liaises with the Local Authorities for the administration of entitlements, declaration and other relevant matters;
3. Provides the local social security report for further processing with local social security offices; and informs the Finance Department on the enrolment of the new staff, their separation under the local security scheme, including the maternity leave processing.

Other Duties
4. Assists the Head of Human Resources Dep. to establish, update and implement procedures to streamline operations regarding personnel management;
5. Administers, from recruitment to termination of contracts, all staff and consultants/experts, advising them of their benefits and entitlements;
6. Maintains HQ and Senior Management personnel files;
7. Assists Head of HR Dep. in job classification for staff;
8. Analyzes and supports in verifying the bonus scheme and ensures application of entitlements as foreseen in bonus documentations/agreements;
9. Supervises the maintenance of leave records and administration of leave entitlements for all staff;
10. Monitors the contractual status of staff , follows up on duly completion of Performance Appraisal Reports;
11. Oversees and is responsible for administration of all steps of the recruitment process;
12. In close liaison with the Heads of Departments, is responsible initiating Training Needs Assessments;
13. Acts as a Board Secretary and takes minutes of meetings during CEC Meetings as well as during Work-Out sessions;
14. Acts as a Coordinator between Balfin Audit Unit and AlbChrome Departments; Maintains the Audit Tracker Report;
15. Replaces Head of HR Dep. when required.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
 Economic University Degree – preferred in finance / accounting, a Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) would be highly desirable;
 At least 4 years of progressively responsible relevant professional experience; Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications;
 Strong knowledge of the Albanian Labour Code and Accounting principles;
 Ability to work with people of different cultural backgrounds;
 Strong analytical skills, stress resistant;
 Self motivator, capable of leading and motivating people.
 Good communicator, both oral and written;
