Terminal Solution Manager for operator and open market

Job Responsibility:
· Establish, keep and develop strong, positive and long-term relationships with telecom /electronic handset retailers/Whole Sellers;
· Learning Capability of Company Products with Every Updates, Knowing and Mastering Company Products Strategy;
· Deliver sales targets; acquire and analyze key market (customers, partners & competition included) information;
· Implement products expansion strategies in key retailers/whole Sellers; perform electronic consumer device expansion activities. Responsibility for Sale In & Sale Through & Sale out;
· Develop and execute customers’ ROI (return of investment) and financing solution schemes, and ensuring the timely sales payback;
· Manage sales support/promotion activities;
· Cooperate for marketing activities agreed/implemented on regional level.

Job Requirements:
· Strong market planning and business development skills;
· Wide experience in operational aspect of handset business;
· Successful track records in sales development and operation;
· Good work relationship with local retail networks, distributors;
· Understanding of the telecommunication business, competitive products, technologies and market trends;
· Feel marketing and bidding processes, analyze customers’ targets, formulate relevant strategies and workout the best possible solutions;
· Complete work tasks independently in successful manner, as well as be able to independently conduct the common business negotiations and product presentations;
· To plan and organize customer surveys and marketing/promotion activities.
Key Recruitment Items:
· Bachelor degree and above, IT related majors preferable, just been graduated from University ;
· Very good level of English speaking, reading and writing;
· Strong and good relationships with high-level and mid-level of local key retailers and operators, have ability to build the positive relationship;
· Independently undertake the planning promotion and execution of project, and have successful operation experience.
