Network Planning Engineer:
Main duties
Mandatory qualifications
Billing Applications Engineer
· Understanding of billing methods and payment trends in the telephony market for both consumers and business customers
· Experience with integration of pre/post paid billing systems in service providers environment
· Experience with development or definition of pre/post paid billing systems is an advantage
· Ability to work independently in a stressful business environment
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Network Planning Engineer:
Main duties
- Designing, planning and implementing cable network
- Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams
- Preparing daily reports about network coverage
- Providing advice and support to the other departments
- Maintaining planning database
Mandatory qualifications
- University degree in telecommunications
- Experience in network design and implementation based on customer requirements
- At least 2 Year experience in network designing
- Very good English knowledge
- Very strong communications skills
- Familiar with HFC and ADSL networks
- Able to work under pressure
