Eagle Mobile is looking for an energetic, high potential, self-motivated and high-integrity individual to join our team.

You are invited to apply for the following position:

POSITION: Performance & Measurement Specialist

Main responsibilities of the position:
  • To identify measurement counters for each network element according to operational needs.
  • To follow definition and activation of correct statistic tables on network elements.
  • To collect all performance and statistic counters from the related management systems periodically.
  • To process and main reports manually when necessary.
  • To manage and use existing or upcoming performance tools.
  • To identify KPI values and generate necessary reports by using statistic reports.
  • To analyze statistic results and make case studies together with back office engineers.
Requirements of the position:
  • University degree in Engineering
  • At least two years of previous experience in performance and measurement reporting
  • Basic GSM knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Willing to work in team
