Regional Sales Manager - Albania -Kosovo

Position Requirements


  • Achieve sales objectives for the entire line of Tenzor portfolio
  • Develop sales objectives, strategies, and promotions
  • Recruit, train, develop, and mentor manufacturer sales representatives, distributors, resellers, and consultants
  • Manage sales channel, manufacturer reps, distributors, integrators, and end-users
  • Close involvement in company promotional activities, including trade shows, road shows, product seminars, sales meetings and product training
  • Prospecting to ensure that new prospects are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis
  • Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and periodic sales reports
  • Effective use of CRM automation tools to track sales opportunities
  • Contribute to the collection of market feedback and intelligence by working closely with engineering, marketing and product support teams
Travel (50%+) to visit customers and participate in sales events

Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or working experience of 5+ years in the Economics, IT or Technical security industry
  • Experience with and in-depth knowledge of the IT/ Security Market
  • Working knowledge of surveillance systems, DVRs, network video technology, fire protection
