Position Requirements
- Achieve sales objectives for the entire line of Tenzor portfolio
- Develop sales objectives, strategies, and promotions
- Recruit, train, develop, and mentor manufacturer sales representatives, distributors, resellers, and consultants
- Manage sales channel, manufacturer reps, distributors, integrators, and end-users
- Close involvement in company promotional activities, including trade shows, road shows, product seminars, sales meetings and product training
- Prospecting to ensure that new prospects are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and periodic sales reports
- Effective use of CRM automation tools to track sales opportunities
- Contribute to the collection of market feedback and intelligence by working closely with engineering, marketing and product support teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or working experience of 5+ years in the Economics, IT or Technical security industry
- Experience with and in-depth knowledge of the IT/ Security Market
- Working knowledge of surveillance systems, DVRs, network video technology, fire protection
