Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.

On behalf of our client, one of the largest infrastructure firms in the Middle East we are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sr.CRM Admin Expert in Qatar.

General Summary: Maintenance of the CRM system, updating the system to meet the end user needs, monitoring end user usage, and performing daily administrative tasks. A super user charged with leadership ensuring the integrity of the CRM system.

Duties and Responsibilities:


- Acquire and interpret business and technical requirements, create a technical specification, and determine the most efficient/appropriate design. Understand business goals and how CRM can enable those goals.
- Recommend both technical and process improvements and solutions to senior technical team members for review.
- Perform capacity planning and recommends sizing recommendations.
- Accountable for the development, administration, and management of the CRM system.
- Assess impact and risk to across all CRM implementations as it relates to administrative actions.
- Manage DEV, QA, PROD instances.
- Provide support for CRM application and infrastructure problems and issues.
- Provide training to CRM end users.
- Deployment automation services development.
- Troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems as required.
- Interpret, edit, and customize the CRM to fit the needs of the company.
- Own the CRM configuration in all environments.
- Understand the impact of business group changes across the CRM system.
- Ensure data and system integrity across all business units.
- Work closely with business clients and web engineering.
- Project and task management and reporting as necessary.
- Make presentations to management, clients, and peer groups as requested.
- Provide tier 2, on-call support for critical CRM application problems and issues.
- Analyze CRM performance and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with clients and approval of supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Certified Data Centre Engineer certification
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related
- 15 years’ experience in a large enterprise environment
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in SP Development & Administration
