Sales Consultants

We are the only Ford dealership in Albania of some of the most recognizable and best loved cars like Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover and lately of the Bombardier Recreational Products. We also offer Ford’s Genuine and Part Service.
We have an opportunity for two retail sales consultants that assist customers in finding the best car for their needs. The Sales Consultant reports to the Marketing Manager.
Position Responsibilities
· Will be able to explain the pre purchase and post purchase period of a sale to the customer.
· Will be able to explain the features of various models, the manufacturer’s specifications, the type of options and financing available, and the warranty to the customers on the showroom.
· Will be required to participate in training programs designed to provide information on the technical details of standard and optional equipments available on new vehicles’ models.
· Will be in continuous contact with senior managers and will transmit the voice of the customers.
Qualifications and Skills

· A university degree required, a major in Engineering or Business strongly preferred.
· Very good spoken and written English skills a must.
· Should have the tact and the patience to deal with difficult customers.
· Enjoys working with others, has an interest in sales work, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
· Experience in similar positions is desirable but “on the job” training will be provided.
