SOS Children’s Villages Albania, one of the biggest international civil organisations in the country operating in social and child welfare field is looking for:
Job requirements:
Ü University studies in the related fields of e.g. Economics, Law, Psychology, Management, Human Resources.
Ü Working experience at least 3 years in the field of HR – especially in the staff training, recruitment, profiling and performance management.
Ü Knowledge on local Labour Law.
Ü Capability to develop concepts.
Ü Capability in the field of controlling of the quality of processes.
Ü Good knowledge of English.
Ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, social competence.
Ü Good organisational capabilities.
Ü Experience in organisational change processes.
Ü Experience in project management; and/or leading projects.
Preferable:
Ü Inside knowledge of the SOS organization and being acquainted with the peculiarities of Human Resources Development in SOS.
Ü Good computer literacy: MS Office.
Ü Good net worker.

Ü At least 3 years experience in the relevant fields of psycho-social programmes.
Ü Motivation for work in the environment with the children and youth as final beneficiaries.

Ü Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ü Computer literacy: MS Office.
Ü Knowledge of human rights and rights oriented approach.
Ü Advanced knowledge of child’s rights.
Ü Good knowledge of local professional psycho-social network.
Ü Will and ability to cope with flexible working hours.
Ü Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ü Ability to work under stressful circumstances.
Preferable:
Ü Additional education in professional psycho-pedagogical and / or social fields, and / or human resources.
Ü Working experience in positions of coordinator and / or advisor.
Ü Experience in organisation and implementation of adult-learning.
Ü Experience in project management, planning, monitoring and evaluation.
