CINEPLEXX International has opened a Cinema with 7 Halls in TEG Tirana.
Actually Cineplexx International is running 17 Cinema Centres in South East Europe.
For our Cinema in Albania we are looking for candidates for the following positions :
CINEMA MANAGER
ASS. CINEMA MANAGER
Main Target and goals :
• Lead and manage the multiplex cinema according to the standards of Cineplexx
• Create the weekly schedule for staff, planning and training.
• Be responsible for cinema booking
• Inventory management and control
• Be responsible for all technical controls
• Manage and supervise all the works in Cinema
• Fulfill other tasks/duties as may be required by the Employer
Requirements:
• University Degree in Management or Administration Field.
• Previous Experience in the same position or in similar positions
• Team Leading experience , responsible, Reliable and Flexible,
• Excellent Communications Skills in English , spoken and written
• Computers Skills Microsoft office package,
• Excellent leadership qualities which include the ability to collaborate and work effectively with all levels of staff.
