Vacancy Announcement
The NCBR, through the financial assistance of the European Union,
will implement the Project "A vision to employment”,
A national initiative towards a sustainable approach for the inclusion of people with disabilities and sight impairments in Albania’s labour market
In the framework of the project, it seeks high-level national staff to fill the following position detailed as follow:
Field Researcher: - Private Sector- Part-time position for a national professional in the field of marketing and business research
-Background in Law (University Degree), Social Studies / (University Degree) or Economics, Business/Marketing (University Degree)
-Over 2 years of direct work experience with nationwide marketing and client research/management in Albania
-Direct working contacts with VIP businesses and medium scale businesses throughout Albania
-Possession of a customized contact database of large and medium scale businesses throughout Albania
-Work experience with the business sector (market research, direct sales, representation, customer management, business development, business analysis, customer care, business-to-business research) in Albania (outside Albania preferable but not a condition)
-Proven ability to perform professional direct/phone interviews and mass phone survey operations
-Proven ability to administer large databases in Excel and Access (data entering, data management, filtering, cross-database management)
-Proven ability to perform successful business survey interviews
-Working knowledge of the legislation governing labour relations in Albania
