In the framework of this project ARSIS seeks to contract a Consultant to prevent and deal Burnout in ARSIS workplace. The Consultant through meetings (group or individual) with the personnel of the Organization will provide the effective manners of coping within the workplace.
The consultant should display the technical and professional capacity to be part of this project, and provide a report with recommendations, within the planned timeframe and regarding to the experiences within the staff of the ARSIS.
